1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pp88" means the online gaming platform operated at the domain pp88.lat, including all sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the pp88 platform and its licensed affiliates.
• "You", "Player", "User" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the pp88 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on pp88 through which the Player accesses the platform's services.
• "Services" means all gaming products, financial services, and ancillary features made available on pp88, including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, jackpot games, sportsbook betting, promotions, and customer support.
• "Platform" means the pp88 website, mobile site, and any progressive web application through which the Services are delivered.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. By registering a pp88 Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. pp88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be or to have been under 21 at any point during their use of the Platform. Any funds held in such an Account will be handled in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pp88 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. pp88 does not represent that the Services are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use pp88 Services. Access from restricted jurisdictions constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To create a pp88 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. pp88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active pp88 Account at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single Player, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.5 KYC Verification. pp88 applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to provide identity documents (government-issued ID, passport, utility bills, payment method confirmation) at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time pp88 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification to pp88's satisfaction may result in restricted Account access and the withholding of withdrawal requests.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp88 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pp88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.2 Personal Use Only. Your pp88 Account is strictly for your personal use. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Use of your Account by a third party, or opening an Account on behalf of a third party, is prohibited.

3.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided to pp88 — at registration and at any point during your use of the Platform — is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Notification of Compromise. If you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised person, you must immediately notify pp88 via the live chat support function and change your password. pp88 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach and to take such protective actions as it deems appropriate.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pp88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other participating banks), GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change at pp88's discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. The primary Account currency for pp88 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in other currencies or via cryptocurrency will be converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via eWallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited to the pp88 Account instantly. FPX bank transfers typically process within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations. pp88 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Prior to processing a withdrawal request, pp88 may require the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the Account, subject to applicable limits and method availability. pp88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Account cashier section. pp88 reserves the right to amend these limits at its discretion.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts. pp88 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players prior to applying any dormancy fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. pp88 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other incentive offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, live casino table games and jackpot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. pp88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts where it determines — in its sole and reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of automated betting systems, coordination with other players to abuse promotions, or any behaviour inconsistent with good-faith participation in pp88 promotions.

5.4 One Bonus Per Household. pp88 promotional offers are limited to one claim per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Multiple claims from the same household or shared network may be declined or reversed.

5.5 Amendment and Withdrawal of Bonuses. pp88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed and commenced meeting the wagering requirements of a bonus at the time of its withdrawal will not be adversely affected in respect of that specific bonus claim.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on pp88 operates according to its own specific rules, which are made available within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules address a matter not covered by these Terms.

6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a malfunction, communication failure, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, pp88 reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and return stakes to Players. pp88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Players as a result of a system malfunction.

6.3 Game Outcomes. The outcome of all pp88 games is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer action, as applicable. pp88 does not manipulate game outcomes and all providers are independently audited for fairness and compliance.

6.4 Erroneous Credits. If funds are credited to your Account in error — whether as a result of a technical fault, human error, or for any other reason — you must not treat such funds as available for play or withdrawal. You must notify pp88 immediately. Any winnings derived from erroneous credits may be voided and the erroneous amount recovered.

7. Sportsbook Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event. pp88 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion without explanation.

7.2 Odds. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. pp88 shall not be liable for changes in odds after bet confirmation.

7.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, obvious pricing errors, market suspension due to regulatory requirement, or where pp88 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in bad faith or in connection with match fixing or corruption.

7.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. pp88 endeavours to maintain accurate live odds but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. In the event of a manifest error in live odds, pp88 reserves the right to void affected bets.

7.5 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply to sportsbook activity. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the sportsbook rules section. pp88 reserves the right to limit payouts on individual accounts where patterns of play give rise to concern.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pp88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC
• Opening more than one Account or operating an Account in another person's name
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or corrupt betting activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner inconsistent with fair play
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates the proceeds of crime
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent pp88 security, licensing, or anti-fraud systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pp88 staff or other users
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or other tool to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction. The pp88 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is applied during registration and may be requested at any time.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. All pp88 Players have access to the following tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; reality checks; cooling-off periods; and voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

10.1 pp88's Right to Suspend. pp88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity; the Account security has been compromised; the Player's use of the Platform poses a risk to pp88's licensing obligations or integrity; or as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting pp88 live chat support. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed to the Player's registered payment method.

10.3 Forfeiture. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the Player — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or operation of multiple accounts — pp88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that Account, including any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The pp88 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp88 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 pp88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pp88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 To the extent that pp88 is found liable for any direct damages, its aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your pp88 Account at the time the claim arose.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the pp88 Platform — including but not limited to the pp88 name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of pp88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without pp88's prior written consent.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by pp88 is governed by the pp88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the pp88 Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 pp88 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and its licensing requirements, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pp88 is licensed to operate.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pp88, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting pp88 customer support. pp88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism designated by pp88's licensing authority.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 pp88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email and/or a notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

15.2 Your continued use of the pp88 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
